J.E. Davis is a technologist working in web technologies for over two decades. He has a lifelong passion for space, science fiction, and compelling character stories. He lives in the Central Valley of California with a supportive wife, two kids, and a neurotic dog.

His journey writing fiction began with a friend’s encouragement and the inspiration of the expansive Elite: Dangerous game franchise. The product of that work was his first novel-length story was written as a love letter to the community of Elite: Dangerous and pilots of The Fatherhood squadron.
